• Pay lead fees as agreed

4. Payment Terms

For Customers: Service payments are made directly to the electrician. AusElectrician does not handle service payments between customers and electricians.

5. Limitation of Liability

AusElectrician acts as a platform to connect parties. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of electrical work performed
• Disputes between customers and electricians
• Damages arising from electrical services
• Compliance with local electrical codes and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The AusElectrician platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users.
